but this is only partially true. What also needs to be added is the

shouldn’t forget is that morning is the most important part of the day.

With the right morning habits, you can improve everything, from your

mood to your metabolism which plays a big role in weight loss. When you

start the day properly, you will not lose the unwanted weight but you’ll

be full of energy. You’ll be motivated and ready to overcome any

obstacle you face during the day. Thus, how should you properly start

your day?

Expose yourself to sun

sunlight in your morning routine, you’ll start feeling more energetic,

Increase the intake of proteins

If you usually drink coffee first or skip breakfast altogether, you

postpone your hunger long enough to make good decisions for lunch. The

increased amount of proteins builds muscle mass and keeps you full for a

longer time.

Your body is fasting each night when you sleep, so if you keep it

weight loss, ‘cheating’ with sweets early in the morning helps the body

spend the extra energy before going to bed that night.

Shower with cold water

We know that showering with cold water is awful. Each one of us wants

to have a warm shower, at night before going to bed or in the morning

to wake up. However, studies have shown that showering with cold water

in the morning can help increase your energy, speed up the metabolism,

and regulate your hormones. Moreover, once your body cools down you burn

much more calories because it tries to warm you up. With cold showers,

your metabolism will activate extremely fast.

Showering with cold water is also a great way to prepare your body

for a big breakfast, which will regulate the blood sugar and reduce the

cravings for food. However, it is recommended that you start showering

at the temperature that suits you and then gradually make it colder.

Once you reach to cold water, try to endure for 3 to 4 minutes.

Chew your food

You should do this, not only in the morning but also during the day

with food that takes longer to eat. When you eat food rich in nutritive

fibers, you will need a lot more effort to chew it. By doing this, you

use your jaw more than usual, and this burns 5% more calories during the

day. Natural food such as carrots, apple, and brown rice are rich in

fibers which maintain the health of your stomach and keep you full for a

longer time.

Eating food rich in fibers also help you reduce the calories at the

same time increasing the burnt ones. This approach might not be enough

to lose the 10 kilograms, but every small step counts! What is more

important is that eating healthy food improves your whole diet. You will

get all the necessary nutritive ingredients your body needs to improve.

If you manage to follow some of this advice every morning, you will

wake up slimmer every morning. Of course, this is not a fast method of

losing weight, but it is necessary that you follow it – which is much

more effective than losing weight only to gain it again in a short time.

Give these habits a chance in the next 40 days and they will help you

lose the extra weight, improve your mood and make you more satisfied

with your overall look.

something. Don’t think that you need to follow these all at once. What
