I could wax poetic about the struggles on an online world. But seriously stop reading and go to . It’s a massive 1000 person continuously looping and changing Bomberman cluster-youknowhat.
Imagine playing , with all the bells and whistles and a few funnies thrown in. There is a powerup that turns you in , , the
But never having to stop or try to find more people. Each Room has a possible 1000 people in it North America has had 2 or 3 servers running there are EU servers, JP Servers… A non stop scrolling chat window on the side. and the ability to group up into Squads.
And the best part is? its all running in HTML5, so no flash or java needed to run this bad boy. Its a dream.

I love the . And the latest to hit the shelves at the end of this month is looking mighty nifty in it’s own right. Set in the American Revolutionary war this game has flintlock rifles, Naval battles and Cannons aplenty. , the host of Rated RR blow stuff up so we don’t have to!
To give you a real feel for just how devastating the cannons and flintlock rifles would be he demolishes a “Hot Rod” Saturn, and blows the hell out of some pumpkins. I figure yesterday we had a little Pumpkin Gun Art today should be no different.
So in this awesome video we have. Cannon vs Car, Pumpkin vs Gun. And Just drop dead gorgeous photography.
Angry Birds, Star Wars
Mon, 08 Oct 2012 12:20:06 +0000
the name alone pretty much sells the product, you know what you are getting and what it will look like. So much win.
The hits just keep on coming for , this time they go so far as to make the ultimate merchandising leap. From one franchise living off a good idea for 3 years to another that’s been doing it for 30! Well Played Lucasarts and Rovio. I salute your dedication to your IP!
I can’t wait to actually play it. not just because I like Star Wars, nor because I’ma huge fan of Angry birds, but because I think putting them together could be hilarious. the Folks at Rovio know how to riff on an idea and putting these two together gives them plenty of chances to work that magic. Hopefully there will be a little Jedi V Sith thrown into the mix!
The trailer/teaser is Just Plain SICK
PAC-MAN… What have you DONE!

The wonderful people behind the world of Pakkuman!, know to many of you as . Have decided that now would be an awesome time to push a new property from the same intellectual root form. So they are crowdsourcing some of the design. a little A&R work in the form of a survey on their Facebook page.
This is the visual abomination that they have come up with
I Don’t even know where to begin, First off… Where is ? That sucker owes me money, preferably in quarter form. Secondly why do the ghosts all have radically different designs? They should be the same or at least look like they were done by the same artist. , and frankly i love some of the other people’s response to this. Specifically I love the response from , he actually has the individual panels available for download on the site as well. Awesome graphics!
Why do we need to go down this road again. Why are the designs all horrible And while i’m still complaining, why the hell does Pac-Man have cat ears? The Official Mascot has freaking cat ear eyebrows?
Hey Silly Mascot get off my lawn!
CaffiNation Reviews: Borderlands 2
Mon, 01 Oct 2012 16:38:18 +0000
Alright this has been a long time coming But i was trying to finish the game… Guess what Still not done but that’s Alright. Borderlands 2 is one of the top 5 titles to have been released in the last 5 years. It is that fun. The off color jokes are that good and funny, the landscape is that expansive. And the story-line just plain works. There are guns everywhere, there are characters, like good old fashioned western characters everywhere.
I’ll give you the high points, Because the only low point I have at this point is that I need more time to play the game!
Size Matters! In the last iteration of the game the landscape narrowly followed the path you were supposed to travel. Which is good, it was wide enough to wander around and small enough that you could usually see the road. There were quests that followed a similar storyline. This time you Hardly ever get to the edge of the map. there is a world with hidden caches of awesome loot EVERYWHERE around you. GET LOST! Seriously start wandering, but make sure you have a high health bar and a good shield.
Guns! I have lost count at this point of how many differernt versions of each gun I have found, How many awesome hilarious names that I’ve seen for a firearm. And Just how many little funny quirks are hidden in the game.
Smarts! The enemies are smarter. Plain and simple attacks now get flanked, outnumbered, and swarmed. No the bandits aren’t Rhode’s Scholars but they get the job done, they follow the loud sound of your guns and they try to flank you. Look for pinch points and watch out for feral fiends.
Interplay! Yes the bandits get attacked by the beasts of the realm like they should, for a hoot lead some bandits into a BullyMong area! Instant awesomness
BullyMongs!: Yeah giant multiarmed Apes with a penchant for tossing rocks, and charging. Not in the last game, everywhere now. The folks could have revamped the skins on the old Skags but they pulled out all the stops and mode some new friends to play with, new types of enemies and made the old ones more irritating. Spitter Skags can suck it… thats all i’m goign to say.
Small Hint… Bullymongs of a certain size can throw cars and water towers… Just saying. I was not expecting the water tower… totally knocked my block off… literally
The Villian! Yes this time there isn’t just a goal but a witty, somewhat narcissistic villain taunting you the whole time you play. So fun it has to be evil.
From front to back this game is engaging, awesome and Hilarious, why are you still reading this review? Buy the game, play it with your friends!
5 out of 5 beans! Only other game to get this rating was Portal 2 so enjoy and savor!

Minesweeper Scratch-Off Postcard
Mon, 04 Jun 2012 14:10:32 +0000
Quick close your eyes an imagine the most irritating game ever… I’ll wait. Got it? Now if you are me the image of minesweeper comes right up. Just not my type of game. Now imagine you take that irritation and you make it real.
Scratch off Minesweeper cards. . Easy and hard. 2 dollars a piece. If that brings back memories then go for it. For me i’m steering well wide of that one.
Red ring of death
Sun, 03 Jun 2012 09:13:32 +0000
Yup the xbox is recovering from three red ring of death and it looked a bit sad.
Flames make everything go faster… Its a scientific fact. Fixing my xbox rrod and slapping a bit more awesome on for go measure.
I took the heatsinks off the motherboard, cleaned the old crusty gunk off the cpu, and gpu, put Arctic silver paste on it. replaced the x clamps with screws and washers.
A couple of tips.
Wd40 cleans the old paste off like a dream. Hands down the best option for removing the old paste. I tried acetone and isoprople alcohol. Acetone is pretty caustic, and the alcohol took way too long.
go slowly and follow your guide of choice. Take notes and keep a clean work surface.
If your guide suggests you drill the heat sinks, bake the xbox in An oven or anything else crazy… Get a new guide.
And I used a bunch of other guides to explain the rest but it’s simple. Clean the old crap off and put wonderful new crap on.
To replace the X clamps you will need
For tools you need an 8 and 12 torx bits. A tiny Phillips screwdriver. to take the box apart
So the fix is in, the box is drying and i’m almost done worrying.
Update: it’s been a long day, totally unrelated to the Xbox, but at least it gave the paint plenty of time to dry.
The light is green, the trap is clean!
Rocksmith, Forge your Skills
Wed, 19 Oct 2011 12:30:14 +0000
Are you a Rhythm Gamer? Guitar Hero god? Completed Physcobilly Freakout on iNSANE? nicely done. However real guitar players have long since derided these accomplishments as “button pushing” and other less savory terms.
File Rock Band, Guiatr Hero and Dance Dance Revolution into the same catagory. Follow instructions on a screen to get better in a very specific set of tasks. I love those games. I beat my friends who are much better dancers than I am in DDR, but it doesn’t translate to real life. And that has alway left gamers at a disadvantage.
Enter Rocksmith. A game where you plug your real guitar into your
or even your ! It comes with a cord with a 1.4 inch jack on one hand and a USB jack on the other.
The game has over 20 different difficulty setting and walks you through tuning the game experience to your level of play. No boos, no failed songs, just simpler progressions. And at the end of the day, real life ability to take beyond the game. After you are done learning, not that we ever really stop, but you can unlock minigames, and use your machine like an Amp! Selecting from dozens of pedals.
I am getting this game. I can’t wait to try it out. Because if I am honest with myself, learning to play the guitar on my own has completely mystified me, and this game just might make my investment into the guitar much more worthwhile! And the songs you are learning are wide and varied, and come on DLC for this game will be awesome.
Am I going to be kicking down walls? Not sure. but the video is fun!
Oh an don’t have a Guitar? Gibson has you covered with a . Love this!
Buckyballs goes Cube.
Tue, 18 Oct 2011 04:26:12 +0000
When I found , a bunch of pebble sized balls made from rare earth magnets, it wasn’t long before I had to get it. And when I did, I had nothing but fun for weeks. And I still have fun to this day. Recently, the company who sells Buckyballs have brought out a new product,.
Buckycubes is made of the same material as the Buckballs, and is said to be just as fun, if not more. I just recently purchased the Buckycubes, so I haven’t had long to play with them. However, the short amount of time I have had, they are quite amusing to toy around with. For $24.99 at, this really wasn’t a bad purchase.
Although it is too soon to say so, I think the Buckyballs are the best of them all. With the countless amount of shapes that can be made, the one challenge I have for myself to accomplish is to make the triforce out these cubes.
